Professional staging consult.
This consultation will provide clients with professional feedback and practical suggestions they can implement which will help prepare their home for listing and maximize its marketability.
$85.00 an hour

Re-Design.
Stage It will provide the client with professional re-design services. This includes two designers who will arrange the home owner’s own furniture and accessories to enhance the home’s unique selling features.
$110.00 first hour $85.00 each additional hour

Staging a home with furniture and accessories.
All packages are hand selected and are customized to the client’s individual needs.
Most staging packages include:
A sofa, chair, coffee table, end table, lamps, dinette or dining room table and chairs, choice of a master bedroom set, or an office ensemble, artwork, and accessories.
Price for delivery, set-up and first month’s rent $800.00
Price for monthly rental after first month $450.00

All staging packages are based on a 3 month rental agreement
